Our story
Slow-roasted, the way it has always been done.
Since 2020, our kitchen on Shahl Street in Mohamed Bin Zayed City has slow-roasted tender chicken, mutton, and beef over fragrant rice, just the way it has been made for generations.
Every order is prepared to order. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. That means your Mandi arrives hot, aromatic, and full of the deep, spiced flavour that makes this dish so loved across the region.

Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Your Mandi goes into the oven when you order it, which is why it arrives aromatic rather than tired.

Fresh chicken, mutton and beef. Never frozen. It costs more and it takes longer, and it is the whole difference in the finished plate.
